The wines in this section have been the choice for the discerning wine drinker for many years. You may notice, it is all Chardonnay, a grape variety particularly well suited to oak ageing, but equally delicious unoaked.
Pouilly Fuisse ‘Au Bourg’ is entirely unoaked, showcasing intense stone fruits and minerality. Meursault sits at the opposite end as the richest style; tropical, oak-aged, honeyed notes and hints of toffee. Yet all are full-flavoured and fantastic with food.
